Synopsis

Poor Jenő finds no peace, for his hungry children’s stomachs are always growling. He sets out to find God and ask him to explain why he has beset him with such stubborn poverty. A forest witch gives him tips and sends him home to his family. Perhaps fate will smile on him after all?
