Synopsis

During his clandestine tours of the country, King Matthias encounters many troubles, problems, intrigues, and injustices. He sees how a judge indulges in cruel deeds, he becomes the victim of fleecing by an innkeeper, and witnesses the silly acts of a judge. Wherever he can, he deals justice to all: the royal mercy always benefits the just who have been wronged.
